After Party: 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Volunteer to help at our upcoming event, a unique scavenger hunt through the heart of NULU and Butchertown! Starting from Louisville’s only brandy distillery, teams will solve fun clues leading to some of the area’s best known landmarks and end up back at Copper & Kings for a rockin’ after party, with food, drinks (including a signature cocktail) and live music by Thumper and the Plaid Rabbits!

Volunteer Needs:

  • Set-up - setting up registration table, t-shirt table, signage, centerpieces for tables, etc.
  • Registration - check in teams participating in scavenger hunt and distribute packets.
  • T-shirts - area set up next to check-in, volunteers will pass out t-shirts to teams.
  • Along the route - Two volunteers will be stationed at each scavenger hunt stop to hand out next clue, take team pictures, etc.
  • After party - check-in teams as they return from the scavenger hunt. Pass out drink tickets and get team information for prize drawing.
  • Breakdown - assist with taking down tables and chairs, boxing up centerpieces, etc.
  • Must be 21 and older to volunteer
Sign up to help for the entire event including set up and break down or just a portion of it if that suits your schedule.

As a thank you, all volunteers are invited to stay to enjoy the after party which includes 2 drink coupons per person and all volunteers will receive a free t-shirt!
