Make a difference in your community by helping to build homes for local families! Opportunities available weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays and the 2nd Saturday of each month. We build throughout the South Hampton Roads area, in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. Anything from framing, insulating, painting, siding, trim work, cleaning, and landscaping. Tasks assigned by staff and overseen by Red Hats, our leadership volunteers. No previous construction experience necessary.

During COVID, we may have to limit our builds to our trained and skilled crew leaders, but we generally are always looking for volunteers to help in construction.
