Rose to Runway is a chic and contemporary evening filled with fabulous fashion, signature cocktails, premier cuisine and designer shopping experiences. The event is held at The Loading Dock in Stamford, CT, one of Abigail Kirsch’s seven exclusive venues in the NYC area. This stylish evening attracts tastemakers from NYC, Westchester County, and the Greenwich area all in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and it’s mission. The event is located at The Loading Dock at 375 Fairfield Ave in Stamford, Connecticut from 6:30-10:30pm. Volunteers would need to show up at 4:30pm and stay until 10:30pm. Responsibilities would include setting up, registration, assisting models, and check out.

Since our founding in 1955, we have worked alongside the cystic fibrosis community to effectively transform a genetic disease in a single generation - making CF one of the most amazing stories in medicine today. Through our venture philanthropy model, we provide early stage funding to companies to develop breakthrough drugs for adults and children with cystic fibrosis. Our federal and state advocacy efforts support our mission of ensuring that everyone with cystic fibrosis has access to high-quality, specialized care. We evaluate policies and legislation through one lens: How would this impact people with CF and their families? At the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, we commit to equity, racial justice, diversity, and inclusion as core principles guiding our efforts to provide all people with CF the opportunity to live long, fulfilling lives.
