Volunteers agree to serve at the ministry center, approximately 20 hours per week. Each volunteer serves terms of 8-12 weeks, for up to two-four terms. In addition, volunteers agree to serve on a national prayer crisis line, to work in various experience areas - written prayer resource creation; audio/video prayer resource creation (video production/WPRA online radio station), social media, partner-prayer connections, etc.

Each volunteer serves an outside ministry in a mentoring role.

Those needing financial support may raise their own funding while serving - missionary model. Assistance provided.
