Traditional job shadows bring students to the workplace. JA's Reverse Job Shadow (Career Day) brings the workplace to students!
As a volunteer you are given a table to set up your display: signs, posters, brochures, products - anything you wish to bring. Dress as you would for a work day - don't hold back! Students visit each station on a rotational basis, asking questions and learning about the different types of careers presented.
Students will become more work-ready by learning about the career opportunities available to them in the local area. Local businesses are able to give back to the community and invest in possible future employees.
This Reverse Job Shadow is for students in 3rd, 4th and 5th grade at Gregory Drive Elementary.

Junior Achievement of North Florida is one of 115 JA Areas in the United States. JA of North Florida has been in operation since 1963 and serves youth in Duval, St. Johns, Clay and surrounding counties.
