If you're an aspiring nonprofit or marketing professional, gain experience while helping an innovative and growing nonprofit build and implement its marketing strategies. You'll help with:

  • Defining and implementing marketing strategies to advertise upcoming programs
  • Reaching out to administrators and teachers at schools across the state
  • Developing marketing content / copy for outreach materials

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with marketing development and strategy
  • Experience with crafting messaging and web copy
  • Strong writing skills
  • Punctuality and professionalism
  • Ability to meet occasionally at our Capital Factory office
  • Ability to work effectively as a remote member of the team
  • Ability to hit deadlines as agreed upon
  • A "get it done" attitude

STEMed Labs is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Austin, TX dedicated to improving educational opportunities in our communities. Our goal is to serve as an incubator for novel, cross-disciplinary approaches to STEM education. We partner with schools, teachers, parents, and industry to build a sustainable, grassroots model of delivering innovation in education.
