We are seeking volunteers to support a large-scale art festival by supporting the volunteer committee at Art City Austin: Fine Arts Festival. Volunteers will experience the inner workings of the festival and create strong relationships with staff and artists during the weekend of the festival.
The volunteer roles include:
- Communicate with artists, AAA staff and Palmer Event Center staff. Pass out artist packets, have artists sign the waiver (will be provided). Understand over sized parking logistics and have maps of alternative parking lots for parking.
- Guide artists to their zones and booth locations
- Facilitate the festival's load in/out process.
Art City Austin will be April 13th - 15th, 2018.
