Our volunteers!

KACB has long been a supporter of community gardens. We were active participants in the Grove Street Neighborhood' "Dreamers Garden" and initiated the Woodland Park Boys and Girls Club Children's Garden "Cultivating Kids." Our Woodland Park project was awarded first place nationally by Keep America Beautiful. Now, we have exciting plans with the Community Redevelopment Agency, Florida Organic Growers and Edible Landscapers to expand our interests into the greater Gainesville area.

We are seeking volunteers who want to make a difference in their communities and get their hands dirty! All experience levels are welcome to join our team and learn how gardening can make an impact. Please visit for more information and register at to get started!
