We are seeking two (2) Volunteer Weekend Office/Facility Manager. Responsibilities:
- Open or close the facility and office in Rosemead (next to 60 Fwy)
- General administrative duties including front desk reception, file storage maintenance, mail services, light phones.
- Receive and screen communications, including telephone calls, mail, and e-mail messages
- Occasionally communicate on the Executive Director's behalf with donors, volunteers and other VIP's of the organization.
Family Promise of San Gabriel Valley is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2009 that empowers local communities to help homeless children by helping their whole families stay intact, regain stable housing and return to steady work.
