- Communicate upcoming event needs with board & committee members, make assignments where necessary
- Follow up to ensure event assignments are completed in timely fashion
- Fill in on event details and complete unassigned tasks when needed
- Work with survey specialist and UFAN Board of Directors to evaluate activity objectives and make recommendations for future improvements
- Early planning stages begin approximately 6 months prior to event and continue approximately one month after event
- Most of the hours required will be during the 2-3 months leading up to the event but average to about 3-5 hours per month annually

UFAN’s mission is to provide outreach to the newly diagnosed and the community at large, offering support, promoting education, building awareness of the severity of food allergies, anaphylaxis, eosinophilic disorders, and advocating for positive change.
Description
Utah Food Allergy Network is a 501(c)3 non-profit food allergy resource with a medical advisory board providing safe community events, educational conferences, school assemblies, media support forums and more. UFAN is solely volunteer based organization.
