- Work with the events committee and education committee to provide fun and interactive educational games and activities at UFAN events (i.e. Easter Egg Hunt, Trunk-or-Treat, Family Camp, Kid’s Camp, etc.)
- Assist in planning, preparation, and execution of UFAN’s education series
- Ensure educational materials are kept up to date and reviewed by UFAN’s Medical Advisory Board as needed

UFAN’s mission is to provide outreach to the newly diagnosed and the community at large, offering support, promoting education, building awareness of the severity of food allergies, anaphylaxis, eosinophilic disorders, and advocating for positive change.
Description
Utah Food Allergy Network is a 501(c)3 non-profit food allergy resource with a medical advisory board providing safe community events, educational conferences, school assemblies, media support forums and more. UFAN is solely volunteer based organization.
