We use SalesForce to track our growing donor population. The database was designed several years ago and some features are not working correctly. We need someone with SF expertise to help us trouble shoot these issues so we can maximize the effectiveness of this powerful product.

Mission Statement
Upward Scholars provides adult immigrants the boost they need to move up the economic ladder through education and vocational support.
Description
Upward Scholars supports students with the following:
- Textbooks, which can cost several hundred dollars a semester.
- Bus passes, which cost $320 a semester, for all students who need to take the bus to college.
- Tutors, by community volunteers who meet with students at a time and location that is convenient to the student and tutor.
- Laptops for students who need them.
- College advising to help students choose classes, resolve financial aid issues, and navigate the college bureaucracy. Silicon Valley Community Foundation makes this possible.
We also have a Conversation Club where students chat informally with community volunteers.
