Come join us at Tacoma Boat Builders Annual Fundraising Event on September 8th at the Foss Waterway Seaport in Tacoma.
We need a lot of help with tasks such as greeting our guests, inputting data (salesforce), live auction recorders, handling merchandise, and much more.
You will also work along with a few youth from our program.
Positions are open to everyone.
Volunteers are asked to arrive at 4:00pm to go over position descriptions and the event schedule.

Tacoma Community Boat Builders works with at-risk youth to instill skill, integrity and confidence via wooden boat building and maritime culture.
Description
We provide mentorship, applied math, and skill development through the building and sailing of wooden boats. Tacoma Community Boat Builders offers a safe and engaging experience that can lead to expanded horizons, better decision-making, higher employability, and positive participation in our community.
