Our organization rescues cats and kittens from municipal animal shelters. We do not wish to take these orphans from one cage and put them in another. The animals due best in a home. We are seeking a long term relationship with volunteers willing to open their hearts and homes to these orphans.
We would ask you to provide love and basic care on a temporary basis. Kittens are naturally adopted much quicker than adults and could be with you 1-3 weeks. Adults may take longer and it is hard to pinpoint an exact time commitment. It could be 1 - 3 months. We do take the animals to adoption events to increase their exposure to potential adopters.
Our organization provides the veterinary care and supplies.
We do not place sick animals in your home. If the animal has a non-contagious problem, such as an eye infection, we would tell you in advance. All animals are vaccinated and spayed/neutered prior to placement.
