Could you spare a Saturday morning each month to come cheer up our elderly residents at The Villas at Sunny Acres? Come pass out donuts and coffee, room to room! This is a great position for families, couples, groups and individuals! You commit to one Saturday morning each month (the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th), and arrive at our center around 9:30am. Load up the cart with donuts, napkins, and some hot drinks, and go room to room in our long-term care unit, offering our residents a sweet treat and little friendly conversation. Expect to be done at 10:30 or 11am. All application/orientation/background check can be done online, and you can begin volunteering in a week!
