We are seeking volunteers with experience in phone and online chat-based technical support to assist disaster relief and humanitarian aid organizations in the U.S. and globally as they register and create profiles on our new platform.

Do you have excellent customer service skills? Speak any languages? Tech savvy?

Organizations around the world are interested in creating profiles and adding their information to a website that will improve the transparency and effectiveness of disaster relief and humanitarian aid.

We need help providing 1 on 1 support to these organizations via Skype, phone, and email so they can get set up quickly.
