City Link Foundation is a small non profit located in San Diego dedicated to providing transportation solutions and services to the disabled and senior community which are under served.
Currently, we are in need to a graphic designer/website designer to create a website for our services. It does not have to be anything fancy but are required to have one and need help.

Description
The City Link Foundation offers transportation services to seniors to their Adult Day Health Care programs and doctor appointments. We also transport the developmentally disabled to day programs, vocation classes, and doctor appointments.
