Volunteer Sitter Needed
ORGANIZATION: Tender Heart Hospice
Please visit the new page to apply.
When a person is receiving hospice care in the home, the caregiver - usually a spouse, son or daughter - often can't get away to grocery shop, go to the doctor or take care of personal business because there is no one else to stay with the patient. Adult hospice volunteers provide companionship to allow caregivers the freedom to take a couple of hours away.
Weekday, weekend or evening visits based on your availability; regular or occasional assignments.
