We are looking for committed professionals to serve as members of the Human Resources Planning Committee of a newly forming Christian school that will serve students in grades 5 to 12 in New Jersey and New York. Church/Christian affiliation or membership is not required for this opportunity. The schools are anticipated to open in September 2020.
The Human Resources Planning Committee will be responsible for developing and overseeing our human resources program and for recommending programs (insurance, retirement) for all staff. The Committee will also work with other committees to determine how the HR functions will be managed once the schools are open and will also make recommendations for the overall staffing of the schools.
Candidates with significant experience in human resources are strongly encouraged to apply.
The next committee meetings are being scheduled for October and are done primarily by conference call. The committee will decide whenever they may need to meet in person.

Friends of MJHS ("Friends") is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of generating contributions, pledges and funds for the development and ongoing support of Citadel Academy Prep School (CAPS), a school that will provide students in grades 6-8 with a high quality Christian education through a well balanced, yet challenging curriculum that ministers to the spirit, soul and body.
Friends will also provide funds, management and ongoing support of The SoulDeevas Performing Arts Company, a character building sports and arts program that will serve all youth regardless of their religious affiliation. The SoulDeevas will include programs that provide activities, resources and support during critical out-of-school time hours in a safe, nurturing environment that works from a strengths-based, youth development perspective.
