Neighbors, Inc. will be receiving clothing donations that come from Inver Grove Heights Clean-Up Day on Saturday, September 23rd. Neighbors will collect gently used clothing from residents and bring the donations back to Neighbors where they will be added to the Clothes Closet. Individuals in poverty are able to shop in the Clothes Closet for free using vouchers and it is also a thrift store open to the general public.
Volunteers are needed for two shifts, both on Saturday, September 23rd.
- 8:30 am - 10:45 am (2 volunteers needed)
- 11:00 am - 1:15 pm (2 volunteers needed)
Role includes helping donors unload clothes from their vehicles, general sorting of items, and loading donations into the Neighbors van. Light lifting and time on your feet outside. Dress for comfort and the weather!
