Do today’s students have what it takes to succeed on Wall Street? Junior Achievement is turning The MassMutual Center into the New York Stock Exchange for the day. Student teams will participate in the day program and then our sponsors field teams for our action-packed evening event.
In this high-tech stock market simulation, teams are given $1,000,000 to invest in over 50 fictitious stocks. With trading days lasting just 60 seconds, the goal is to build the highest portfolio net worth in a frantic 60 "days."
As a volunteer, you can provide opportunities for high school students to experience firsthand the realities of stock trading. NO KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERIENCE NEEDED! We will show you what to do when you arrive. Through it all you will be inspiring the future financial leaders of tomorrow. We are seeking:- Registration table help 10am-11:30am
- T-shirt distributors 10am-11:30am
- Traders 11:00am-1:30pm and/or 5:50pm-8pm
