We have several opportunities (boys & girls) for recreational youth soccer coaches for MOD soccer practices and games at Jefferson Park on Beacon Hill in Seattle.
Kids range in age from 4 - 9 years old. Practices are twice per week for the 1st few weeks in August (season usually starts around the middle of August) then go down to 1 time per week the duration of the fall season. One game per week is played on the weekend from about mid-September to the end of October.
No experience necessary!! We will help you come up with drills and get organized!!! We provide equipment and basic jerseys. This is a very informal and fun age group and we are flexible. You can also have more than 1 coach per team in order to make schedules work.
If you are a parent who is registering your child to play in BHYS and you agree to coach for the fall 2018 season, we will reimburse your player registration fee!! New coaches will also receive a welcome packet and free, custom BHYS scarf!!
Minimum age to coach is 16 years of age. If you are 18 or older, you will be required to complete a background check.
