SCORE in Southeastern MA is looking for volunteers to assist in its workshop program, helping small businesses start and succeed by coaching them on important business skills and practices. We need people with good organizational skills, preferably who have worked in training or HR in the past. We have a library of presentation materials and need volunteers who can be presenters, as well as people to set up and run individual workshops.

SCORE, the nation’s largest volunteer business counseling service, is a nonprofit association dedicated to help those in business, about to start one, or just thinking about it. SCORE chapters provide free one-on-one counseling to small business owners and startups, and modestly priced local workshops as well.
Description
The Southeastern Massachusetts chapter of SCORE covers the area south of Boston down to the Cape and the Rhode Island border. SCORE provides start-ups and small businesses with free, confidential mentoring, low cost seminars and helpful business templates to get started. We need volunteers to counsel businesses at our five locations on the South Shore: Brockton, Rockland, Quincy, Taunton and Plymouth.
