Moveable Feast

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.
  • 4 people are interested

Ambassadors represent Moveable Feast for our annual fundraiser, Dining Out For Life by spreading awareness about our program and raising funds.

Typically, restaurants would donate a percentage of their sales on one day in September. Due to pandemics effects, restaurants cannot participate in the same capacity.

This is where you come in! Ambassadors will help us reach our goal of $100,000 by:

  • Promoting restaurants who are donating a percentage of their sales to Moveable Feast
  • Asking their community to make a donation to Moveable Feast via their personal fundraising page
  • Promoting our virtual events leading up to Dining Out For Life

Visit www.mfeast.org/diningoutforlife to see our partnering restaurants and to sign up!

Mission Statement

Moveable Feast provides nutritious foods and other services in order to preserve the quality of life for people with HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening conditions.

The core of our program is the free food service offered to people with HIV/AIDS, breast cancer, and other life-threatening conditions. This includes weekly meal delivery of up to 18 meals/week for clients struggling with severe illness and meal delivery to the homeless in Baltimore through partnerships with emergency shelters and drop-in centers.

Our registered dietitians provide free nutritional counseling to our clients to improve their eating habits and health long term. We also provide door-to-door transportation to medical appointments for Baltimore City clients who are too ill to drive or take public transportation.
