Marketing & Distribution Associate

We are seeking a dedicated individual to work in the marketing and distribution of our newly released titles. We currently have 2 world-class documentaries as well as a series of multi-channel shorts.

Schedule: Minimum of 25 hr/wk, full time (40 hr/wk) preferred

Compensation : Unpaid/volunteer

Location : Convenient to public transportation and Kendall Square

Job Type : Volunteer; non-profit. 5-month commitment

Experience:

  • Previous marketing and distribution expertise

  • Strong writing skills

  • Initiative and ability to work independently and in a group

  • Resourcefulness

  • Excellent communicative ability and a proactive attitude

  • Social media know-how is a plus

Description

Interns participate in all aspects of film and media production, including: research writing coordination of crews participation in shoots participation in film editing scriptwriting production of print materials any task that may arise

Salary: None Qualifications:

Interns must have strong communication skills, a desire to learn, and a pro-active attitude. The following skills and experience are preferred, but not required: superior writings skills technical ability computer skills (mac platform) experience with camera, lighting, or other gear.
