An opportunity to work with and coordinate volunteers!
- ArtiFactory, a community-based arts group, is looking for an energetic person to organize and recruit volunteers for our events.
- The immediate need is for directing setup and takedown for our Arts in the Afternoon and Life Drawing events on the third Sunday of each month.
- Personable, upbeat, and organized,
- Interested in building and sustaining relationships with volunteers,
- Reliable with initial availability on the third Sunday of the month for training,
- Enthusiastic about making the arts more accessible in the Iowa City area.

The Time is Now
The ArtiFactory will be a place in which to learn and practice the visual arts and fine crafts in a community of artisans that represent a broad spectrum of interests and abilities, a place that encourages cross-fertilization, and offers a multipurpose venue that can be used by artists from the community to connect, teach, and perform.
We are at a critical time in Iowa City’s history. We who live here have the opportunity, therefore the obligation, to design the best Iowa City for the 21st century, and beyond.
