Volunteer for the 8th OC Film Fiesta, Oct. 6-15!

The OC Film Fiesta, the premier cinematic celebration of Orange County's diversity and multicultural heritage, seeks volunteers to help with the 2018 festival, which takes place from Oct. 18-28 in Santa Ana!

Now in its 9th year, this is a wonderful community film festival with a lot of heart that features great international, US and local films screened at venues throughout the city, as well as workshops and guest filmmakers.

This opportunity is ideal for film and media students, lovers of cinema, community activists, art aficionados and people looking for something fun, engaging and rewarding to do.

In addition to celebrating Orange County's diversity, the OC Film Fiesta helps raise funds to support Media Arts Santa Ana's free youth media programs.

Perks: free tickets to screenings, networking, school credit for students, great item to add to your resume, references and letters of recommendations for those doing a wonderful job.

We especially welcome people looking to apply, acquire and/or refine their writing, journalistic, blogging, public relations, video production and social media management skills.

The 2018 OC Film Fiesta Festival runs Oct. 18-28 but volunteers can start as soon as possible!

Iconoclasts, legends, revolutionaries, romantics, bohemians and cultural heroes light up the screen as part of the 8th OC Film Fiesta, the ever-evolving cinematic celebration of Orange County’s diversity and multicultural heritage, which returns to the heart of Santa from Oct. 18-28.
