New Orleans Event Planners Needed!

We are looking for a small group of volunteer planners/organizers to help with the 2nd Annual Kasie Helpz Kidz Fashion Show in New Orleans, LA. This event is to help raise money for children battling cancer and will take place around January 2018 ( date needs to be scheduled ). We are looking for organized and outgoing people to help us plan this large event (approx. 200 guests). Last year was the first year for the KHKidz New Orleans Fashion Show and it went great. You will be joining a team with the founder of the companies who have put on numerous of these fashion show nation wide. So, you are not going in without any prior knowledge and they will be there to assist throughout.

Please note that you will NEED to meet at least ONCE every week, at most. You might also be asked to attend venues for walk throughs or meet at the hospital to discuss event details with the Doctors and Program Staff (not including weekly meetings). Leading up to the event (3 to 4 weeks out) you might be required to handle last minute event preparation. Each person will also be required to apply for silent auction items or donations leading up to the event.

We are highlighting all of this information to give you a better idea of what will be expected of each volunteer. Do not let this scare you away though. The kids are AWESOME and you will love every minute of the entire process once you see those smiles walk across the runway.
