Heaventrain

HeavenTrain is a brightly colored bus crafted to bring the message of Christ, love, and community to children and families in the urban Central Cleveland neighborhood. It runs every 2nd and 4th Saturday from May-December, and has been serving the community for over 35 years!

Energy is in the air as kids run full force to jump onto the bus, with music and activities all around! We meet as a group, and go to 5 different sites to reach out to children and their parents with a short Bible message, games, and a healthy snack.

We need volunteers who can help prepare meals during the week before HeavenTrain on 2nd and 4th Fridays from 5-7 pm in the months of June, July, and August. (We also need volunteers for the 5th Friday in June.) If you'd like to help fill hungry tummies, we want to hear from you!

Lighthouse Inc. executes its mission by hosting a variety of programs focused on the transformation of our community. We host a Mobile Chapel, Mentoring, Basketball Team and a Mobile Food Pantry that are all used to empower its participants.
