In order to make our services available and accessible to those who need them, we require assistance answering phone inquiries. We are looking for volunteers to help us answer the phone and make appointments during weekdays (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm) in our fast-paced veterinary clinic environment. This position requires the ability to learn a script, answer frequently asked questions and to use an online appointment scheduling system. Customer service skills are very important. The volunteer should be able to commit at least 4 consecutive hours each week.

PetFix is a non-profit organization that provides high quality, affordable, spay and neuter surgeries to end pet homelessness and the need for unnecessary euthanasia.
Description
Since 2006, the non-profit PetFix spay/neuter clinic has performed over 60,000 surgeries for pet owners, rescues and shelters and those caring for community cats. It is our goal to end pet overpopulation in our region and the need for unnecessary euthanasia of adoptable cats and dogs, simply because there aren't enough homes for them.
