We are looking for energetic and dynamic young professionals to work with our team particularly to assist in organization strategic development and fundraising activities.
Location - PDA will be placed in Colombo at the head Office of the organization with frequent travel to project locations
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development Assistant will work directly with the Program Officer- Development.- Assist in project proposal development and fund raising activities
- Assist in M&E activities
- Assist in social media campaigns of the organization - updating social media profiles, sharing news and events and writing case stories
-Assist in data collection process
- Maintaining program and project files
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree from any related discipline

Description
South Asia Partnership Sri Lanka(SAPSRI) originally established in 1981. It commenced as a member of international network of development oriented organizations operating in Bangladesh, Canada, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka with the support of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). It then expanded to focus on village-based organizations in Sri Lanka supporting disadvantaged communities to achieve a better quality of life. During 1981-1991 SAPSRI supported emerging small NGO’s in rural areas to promote livelihood of the marginalized and disadvantaged communities. SAPSRI shifted to program approach by introducing, Cluster-based long term development program in 1992 and Small & Medium Entrepreneurship Development Program in 1997).
Currently SAPSRI’s focus is to work with rural communities, partner organizations, INGO’s, NGO’s and Government organizations towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals (2015- 2030)
