Customer Service:
- Warmly greet guests in a friendly, professional, manner
- Offer answers to the guests questions
- Anticipate the guests professional needs
Telephone Service:
- Professionally answer and handle all calls to the office
- Utilize telephone scripts to provide answers to Guests quarries.
- Make appointment reminder calls for planned events
Sales:
- Accurately collect fees for services and supplies
- Remind guests to sign-up for upcoming events and supplies
- Support the team in conducting survey & activation information sessions and social media events
Administrative:
- Utilize checklist to complete essential daily operations tasks
- Manage day-to-day events
- Provide administrative support to all team members
- Accurately distribute all messages & mail to team members
- Prepare next day's event plan
- Receive package deliveries from FedEx, UPS, and USPS and mark them in system
- Keep waiting area and front desk tidy, and fully stocked of brochures and supplies & More

This is the 'first’ Temple in the world outside INDIA dedicated to Shri Saneeswara Bhagavan & we are the 1st in the world to have 9 temples for Navagraha (the Planet Gods) under a single banner. The Shri Navagraha Devasthanam of North America Inc, is a 501 (c) 3 organization registered in the State of New York, has been formed with a vision to create Temples fostering the Vedic Culture and Heritage of Spiritual Philosophy in North America, This Project will have 9 branch Temples that will be established in Major cities of United States of America. The Temple will have their roots that emerge from the power of the teachings of Hinduism, the most ancient way of life. This project seeks to create a Temple, a unique community space that can house, inspire, disseminate, and support the spiritual scene and elevate the understanding of spirituality.
Description
The Temple will have multiple branches in North America and have facilities for spiritual services, religious rituals, education, events production, and creative endeavors to achieve simultaneous goals, which are: ? Temples for spiritual and astrological Understanding; ? Preservation of the Vedic Culture; ? Fostering traditional value that pushes boundaries and defies expectations; ? Accessibility to the understanding world religion thru Hinduism and Vedic studies; ? Vedic & cultural Education for all levels, especially the younger generation; ? Maintaining high standards in all aspects of our work and service; ? Supporting our community of senior citizens and spiritual seekers; ? Widening our boundaries of Understanding ? Hinduism and Vedic Religion; ? Providing an environment for academic scholarship;
