Code Platoon, a nonprofit coding bootcamp trains Veterans to become professional software developers in a 14-week, immersive, in-person is looking for a social media manager, especially with interest in online advertising platforms.

We’re looking to engage someone with a passion for military veterans who can create and manage social media paid advertising. While you may not have mastered every skill, you’ll be interested and experienced in audience targeting, headlines, copy, publishing, managing, and reporting. This paid social role is a great way to serve an awesome cause, and you’ll get to stick to doing what you like because our experienced team will provide you with thorough guidance and backup.

We’re more than glad to work with someone who would like to manage medium and large advertising accounts, but who may not have the prior work experience to prove it. Regardless of whether you’re looking to build your resume or just give back, you’ll be helping a good cause while doing something you love alongside a team that’s fun to work with!

Knowledge of software development and coding a plus, but not a requirement.
