Voting is one of the best ways for us to make a difference in our communities and create a better future for our city. But in order to build a city that works for all of us, we have to make sure no one gets left behind.
Join us on National Voter Registration Day, Tuesday 9/26, as we partner with over 40 organizations to celebrate a national holiday and make sure that New Yorkers are registered in time for the general election this November. Voting in local elections is a great way to get started on the path to overall civic engagement. So when you help a new voter get registered, you’re also empowering them to make a difference on the issues they care about.

About NYC Votes The CFB’s NYC Votes campaign promotes civic engagement through community outreach, voter registration and engagement programs, and educational resources. NYC Votes is the voter outreach and engagement campaign of the Campaign Finance Board, conducted under the guidance of its Voter Assistance Advisory Committee (VAAC).
Description
With the help of community partners and city agencies, the CFB NYC Votes brings voter registration events and civic engagement programs to all five boroughs, with a particular focus on historically disenfranchised communities, as mandated in the City Charter.
