We are looking for volunteers in the areas of marketing, social media, special events, curriculum development, finance/accounting.


Marketing: Sample of Responsibilities
* Assist in the creation of signage, flyers, e-mail campaigns, online promotion, etc.
* Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
* Prepare presentations

Social Media: Sample of Responsibilities
* Provide support to social media efforts
* Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
* Update the website on a regular basis and build out content as needed
* Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks
* Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more
* Website and social media optimization

Special Events: Sample of Responsibilities
* Assist with planning of special meetings and events
* Correspond with venues, vendors, and other vested parties
* Work with the marketing team to advertise for the events
* Event coordination and clean up
* Administrative duties

Curriculum Development: Sample of Responsibilities
* Identify curriculum needs within the organization
* Research curricula and programs targeting our mission
* Connect with individuals and organizations
* Work with finance team to stay within budget

Finance/Accounting: Sample of Responsibilities
* Assist with budget, financial reports, and audits
* Correspond with accounting firm
* Data entry
* Help develop financial infrastructure of organization
