- Greet job seekers and visitors to the Helms Career Center
- Register first time visitors
- Assist job seekers with locating job openings, completing online applications, resumes, cover letters, setting up email accounts; and other assistance as needed
- Assist individuals with using available online tutorials for learning typing and Microsoft Office programs
- Cover for the Career Center Coordinator when he/she has another commitment
