Inventory is a crucial part of the work being done at Alpha Women's Center of Grand Rapids (AWC). Many clients come to AWC because they are in need of material support, and we pride ourselves on only providing high-quality items in our store. Material Resource volunteers help by sorting, organizing, and maintaining the many donations that come to AWC.

There are many large items that are donated to our center, including high chairs, infant bath tubs, strollers, pack 'n plays, etc. Often these items have been stored in a basement or garage and need thorough cleaning before going in our store. The large items/toy cleaner would help by washing and sanitizing items (all cleaning products will be provided). The volunteer could come on their own or as part of a family or small group.

Preferred times of service would be Tuesdays from 10am-noon or from 5-7pm, or Wednesdays from 10am-noon.
