The goal of the Middle Earth Visions is to prepare youth to enter the workforce and begin a fulfilling career. Along with career readiness training, we also provide our students with an industry recognized credential, as well as a short-term internship in a field that interests them. A crucial part of this process is the mock interview, in which the participant takes part in an interview with a professional in order to practice their interview skills and receive feedback. We are looking for volunteers to serve as mock interviewers, and are accepting professionals from a variety of different careers so that each of our program participants may be able to interview with a career professional that has knowledge relevant to their interests. Middle Earth typically operates from 9 to 5, Monday through Friday, and therefore most program participants will be available for mock interviews during that time.
