Hello potential volunteers! Hospice Sanctuary is looking for motivated volunteers who have found their purpose in helping people or those with time on their hands who would like to extend a hand. Our patients have life limiting illness that puts them in varying degrees of illness, from talkative and sharp to bedridden and unable to commute, however, all of these patients are in need of the comfort of another person close to hold their hand, talk, or read.
Activities vary with patients depending on the degree of their illness, but overall they all need someone just to fulfill their everlasting social needs.
Our patients are in North Phoenix, Central Phoenix, Scottsdale, Litchfield, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert.
Groups, students, retired or professionals are all welcome! Children with chaperoning adults.

- Dignity Health Hospice is seeking positive thinking individuals of Integrity and Commitment to serve those with a Life Limiting Illness
- Volunteers give the gift of their time and themselves
- Hospice patients need volunteers to visit in their home, wherever that may be
- Volunteers read and write letters, visit with patients, participate in crafts, board games and cards
- Dignity Health Hospice serves all of the Maricopa County Community
