LAMAG is seeking Gallery Facilitators to help with our exciting, upcoming exhibitions: COLA 2018 (May 3 - June 24) and Juried Exhibition 2018 (July 26 - September 16).

Gallery Facilitators are people-focused volunteers who engage with our visitors and improve their experience by providing information on the exhibition on view in LAMAG. Facilitators also help to maintain the Gallery throughout the day by tracking attendance and ensuring Gallery policies are upheld, among other responsibilities.

ABOUT THE UPCOMING EXHIBITIONS:

Awarded annually by the Department of Cultural Affairs, the City of Los Angeles (COLA) Fellowships support the creation of new works by a selection of the City's most exemplary mid-career artists. COLA 2018 honors these creative visionaries with an exhibition of their new works at LAMAG.

Juried Exhibition 2018 is a group exhibition introducing a new generation of Los Angeles artists. Featuring students and recent graduates from the region's leading MFA programs, the works in the exhibition encompass a variety of media, including performance, video, sculpture, painting, ceramics, photography, and installation.
