Every Day Counts...In the Life of a Child in Foster Care

Over 330 children are in foster care in Josephine County! Do you want to help ensure that they live in safe, secure, healthy and permanent homes? Do you have one day per month to review the cases of children and families involved with the foster care system?

Apply to the Citizen Review Board (CRB), Oregon’s foster care review program! CRB Volunteer Board Members review the case plans of children and families involved in the child welfare system and hold reviews to determine if placements and services are appropriate. The CRB Volunteer Board Members make legal findings and recommendations that are filed with the court. Training opportunities are scheduled throughout the year, apply now if you are interested!

Qualified candidates would be invited to observe boards on November 29, 2018, and possibly attend the upcoming Orientation Training on December 6th and 7th.
