Weekend Support Line Volunteer - REMOTE POSITION

Crisis intervention team members needed to provide in-person and telephone support and advocacy to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Opportunities also available in emergency shelter, court advocacy, and education programs. 30-hour training provided by agency.

As a Support Line Advocate, you will work directly with survivors of sexual and domestic violence, stalking, and human trafficking on our 24/7 hotline. This is a remote opportunity providing support to survivors and their loved ones over the phone.

In this role, you must:

  • Commit to 1 year of service.
  • Complete 30-hour advocate training.
  • Commit to 2 shifts per month.
  • Attend quarterly advocate meetings as well as one-on-one check ins with Volunteer Coordinator.
  • Complete 6 hours of continuing education annually.
