Make a meaningful difference in the lives of the hospice patients, by providing massage therapy. Our award-winning hospice is seeking certified massage therapists to volunteer to visit and provide light massages to our (nonprofit) hospice patients. Visits take place where the patients reside (in their homes, nursing homes or assisted living facilities).
We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to our volunteers. If you live in the Greater Boston area, we have patients near you and can arrange timing and visits around your schedule. You can visit our website: www.gscommunitycare.org/volunteer, and download an application. Thank you!
Please contact Christine Resmini, Volunteer Program Assistant (617-969-6130) for more information.
