Our supported housing building in N. Troy (Lansingburgh) recently lost their front desk volunteer. We are looking for one or more individuals who can support our tenants and their advocates by answering the phone, redirecting calls, or taking messages, as well as interacting with tenants. The right person will find themselves part of a support team and a trusted friend of the residents, all of whom have a history which includes chronic homelessness and difficulties with their mental health.
