Maryland-licensed attorneys are needed to accept various cases for pro bono clients with our Catholic Charities Legal Network. The Legal Network provides services for civil cases on a wide range of legal issues, including the following: child custody and visitation; consumer and bankruptcy cases; employment and discrimination cases; landlord-tenant and home foreclosure cases; public entitlements cases; and wills, estate and advanced medical directives. Volunteers must be in good standing with the Maryland Court of Appeals.

Description
For more than 80 years, families, children and adults in need of help and hope have been able to turn to Catholic Charities to find comprehensive, caring and competent support. Last year our 63 programs working in 48 locations across the District of Columbia and the surrounding Maryland counties served more than 126,000 men, women and children of all economic, religious and social backgrounds.
