Over The Edge in Grand Rapids!

Over The Edge will see over 50 brave people rappel down the Bridgewater Place in Grand Rapids. Each rappeller is raising money for Easterseals in Grand Rapids. We need volunteers to help with three assignments for two separate shifts:

SHIFTS:
Shift 1: 8:30am-12:30pm (4-6 volunteers)
Shift 2: 12:30pm-4:30pm (4-6 volunteers)

ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Runners: 4 per shift- Taking rappellers to staging, returning the gear to staging

2. Communication: 1 per shift- Located on the balcony, checking people in as they are staged to rappel and then texting the announcer who is coming down the rope next

3. Staging: 1 per shift- Helping staff get equipment ready and checking people into staging

-Volunteers will be given a shirt, food and snacks and breaks

-Tennis shoes are suggested as there is a lot of walking
