Healing Arts, Inspire 2017 Looking for volunteers who want to have fun!

The first Fundraiser for the Healing Arts program at Rhode Island Hospital and Hasbro Children’s Hospital will take place October 19, 2017, 5:30-8:30at the historic Providence Art Club, 11 Thomas Street, Providence, RI. PLEASE VISIT: video link about the healing arts program:

We would like to recruit 20 volunteers who are willing to work during what we believe will be a fun and exciting evening event.

Volunteers will need to arrive at the Providence Art Club on October 19 th one hour before the start of the evening, at 4:30 p.m.) and be there for the duration of the event.There will be food available during the event.

We will schedule a meeting of volunteers about 2 weeks prior to the event for a brief training session and tour of the Providence Art Club.

Volunteers are needed for the following positions:

Greeters

Registration tables

50/50 raffle

Elevators - outside elevators for directions

Silent auction - information/monitoring room, check out and wrapping items
