Service Position Summary: The AmeriCorps 2-1-1 Community Support Specialist will have four primary areas of responsibility: i) assure resources submitted to 2-1-1 system adhere to AIRS taxonomy and quality standards; ii) prepare data analysis in order to monitor the expansion and quality of the 2-1-1 system; iii) support 2-1-1 public awareness campaigns by assisting in development of associated materials and tracking of related information; and iv) compile food insecurity referral information.
