Reliable volunteers needed to pick up donations from Panera Bread in South Riding every Monday night at 8:30 pm, and transport it to nearby Brambleton for distribution the next day. Volunteers must have their own vehicles that can accommodate 4 large tubs of bread. Two-person teams work best, though it is possible to accomplish solo.

The Windy Hill Foundation is about more than just housing. While our primary form of support focuses around fulfilling the basic need of housing, our foundation is really about the people we touch. We want to make a difference in the community. Whether it’s through after-school tutoring and summer camps or Friday Feasts and rainy-day funds, we understand what it’s like to be human. We believe that with a little assistance, people can become self-sufficient and confident. With a little encouragement, we can transform lives.
