JOIN THE FUN AND VOLUNTEERS at Challenge Walk MS, November 3-5, 2017. Over 200 participants will spend 3 days walking 50 miles from Oceanside to La Jolla striving to create a world free of MS.
We need volunteers to man rest stops all three days along the coast. We need cheerers and course guides to encourage our walkers and guide them along the route. We need set-up and tear-down volunteers. Our guest hotel this year is the Sheraton Hotel & Spa in Carlsbad. We will need some volunteers at the hotel on Friday and Saturday.
This is a fun event with assignments for all ages, individuals and groups.

You can volunteer one, two or all three days. All volunteers can register online and choose their own assignment at www.myMSchallenge.org
All volunteers under the age of 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Founded in 1946, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society supports more MS research, offers more services for people with MS, provides more professional education programs, and furthers more MS advocacy efforts than any other MS organization in the world.
We do this through the extensive research we support to find the cause, cure and improved treatments of the disease; the comprehensive services we provide to people with MS and their families; the professional education programs we offer to assist health care providers better serve their MS patients; and through our advocacy efforts on state and federal levels to encourage public policies supportive of the needs of people with multiple sclerosis. This is why we at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society are here.
Volunteers are vital to the work of the National MS Society. We welcome volunteers with a wide range of talents and skills. There is only one requirement: to want to do something about MS NOW. Your valuable skills and fresh perspectives will make the Society a stronger and better organization. There are so many ways to contribute, whether through advocacy, programs, fund-raising or special projects. We can always use your help.
